is an Italian band who started back in 1995 but they split up
one year later. Because the fire of death metal burned inside
their soul they re-formed the band in 2000. In 2004 the band
released a demo in only 200 copies and now you can't find it.
So
they decided to include it in their newest demo. "The
Wisdom Lost" has four tracks of melodic death metal.
Imagine a combination of influences from Dark Tranquility,
Arch Enemy and At the Gates with the
personal sound of Algol and then you will have in your
mind a picture of the music direction from this Italian act.
From
the opening track to the last one the band gives us some very
interesting moments of death metal with their personal sound
even if personally I didn't care to hear their singer I think
that they had some quality elements inside their well worked
compositions.

I believe that the fans of death metal should give a try to
this new demo from Algol. |
