Aquilon
comes from France and this is their latest album which was
released about two years ago through Adipocere Records.
From a first sight you can see that the band has a combination
of English and French lyrics.
The
title of their album is "Intramedia" and
they have included eleven tracks and about fifty minutes of
pure thrash metal with a very interesting dark atmosphere.
The band uses dual male and female vocals and keyboards. Do
you know many bands from thrash metal that have keyboards
in their music?
Even
if this work is two years old now, i want to be honest with
you i didn't expect to hear such good album and good musicians.
The compositions from Aquilon are well worked with
very interesting ideas and definitely a great atmosphere and
it some way more experimental touches. Definitely Aquilon
isn't another just usual band.
You
should pay attention while you hear their album in order to
feel and understand all the things that the band gives us
through their music. I feel really happy that i had the chance
to hear it and i am sure that in the next step the band will
give us a better work.
