Burning
Black comes from Italy and "Smell the Fire"
is their debut demo CD. The band formed in 2003 and after
two years of rehearsals they achieve to release this work
with four tracks. Musically Burning Black just follows
their hearts and play simple heavy metal in the vein of some
other great bands especially from the 80s decade. The band
looks like they have worked a lot over the past years and
their compositions have some interesting ideas, especially
Gio and Brian the two guitar players who had done great work
in their section with incredible guitar riffs and interesting
solos. In this twenty minutes all the fans of heavy metal
will adore the stuff from Burning Black and i am sure
that the die hard fans of this kind of music will follow Burning
Black. Personally i expected from them a more personal
sound and to open their ears in order to put various elements
in their songs if it fits of course. In the next couple of
months the band will record their newest work so early next
year we will have the chance to hear their next step from
them and to see if they have made this progress.
