Cause
For Effect is a Finnish band which they started back in
1992. In our hands we have the latest release which is a compilation
of 80 songs which cover the years 2001- 2004. So here we have
the two mini CDs and their album which all released through
these three years.
As
you can imagine from the number of the tracks Cause For
Effect are in the grind core side of music. The thing
that made them unique is the fact that they are two members
and we have only drums, vocals and bass.
To
be honest with you, I never used to listen to grind music
and Cause For Effect won't change my mind about that,
but they came across somewhat different which attracted my
attention. Most of the grind bands are full groups; I mean
they have bass, guitars, drums and vocals.
In
the case of this band to hear the grind music with only bass
and drums is something different and also the way that they
had built these compositions. I believe the fans of this kind
of music will find the stuff from Cause For Effect interesting.
