I think this is a dream of every band, to release only one demo and then to have a deal in their hands. After their demo release, Centurions Ghost make a deal with I Hate Records and here we have their debut album with the title "A sign of things to come" and a great artwork. The best so far that i has seen from this label. Musically the band has a lot of influences but mainly they are in the doom and heavy metal side. For sure they aren't the typical doom metal band, we can say that they have made a very clever combination and with influences from Celtic Frost, Candlemass and Cathedral we have the stuff in this album. Also Centurions Ghost had made some very interesting compositions with interesting ideas and i wish that this album will had more tracks and not only six. Anyway you can hear these six tracks again and again until you will completely understand the full vision from them. Don't forget that they have shared the stage with bands like: Turisas, Thee Plague of Gentlemen, Vader and Alabama Thunderpussy. The production isn't satisfactory but it is a good one and you can hear all the instruments.
