I
think i had review another album from a band with the same
name but that band played black metal. Here Cerberus
plays thrash / melodic metal and "The Cage of Existence"
is their latest album which released through Hell and
Death Records before one month. In these ten tracks
Cerberus shows to us their passion for thrash / death
metal and i think they have find the perfect mix between the
aggressiveness of thrash metal and melodic line of death metal.
The thing that i didn't expected is to hear such good sound,
Cerberus makes a great job in this section and you
must hear it in order to understand it. Their compositions
are well worked with nice ideas and i think they have rehearsal
a lot in order to bring these tracks in their new album. The
vocals are mainly death metal, aggressive and raw. The guitar
players make a very good work and the rhythm section is above
average. I wish the band to add more their personal sound
inside their songs and they will have a very good future.
