After
some difficulties I have in my hands the new promo CD from
Deathbringer. The band actually had recorded their
full length album and here they give us a small taste of three
tracks instead of ten which will have their album.
Even
if here we have only three tracks, the duration of this CD
is almost half an hour. The reason is that the band walks
in the progressive death metal paths and believe me this is
a real progressive metal act.
Their
compositions are well developed, aggressive, complex and raw.
I believe the band had found the perfect combination of the
progressive metal with the death metal or they have found
the death metal side of progressive music?
Definitely
Deathbringer knows what exactly they want from their
music direction and they have made a very impressive work,
at least for me. I will be really curious to hear their whole
album when it is ready.
