Devaster
comes
from Italy and they formed back in 2002. The band started
as a cover band but soon they will start to write their own
songs. After some live appearences in some festivals like
a hardcore on in Padova, Devaster
begins to write their first demo in the end of 2004 and in
January 2005 their debut demo Cd released with the title "Infernal
March". This demo includes five tracks and their music
direction is definitely the old school thrash metal. Imagine
a very good mixture of Slayer, Sodom, Destruction
and Motorhead and with their personal sound, Devaster
makes their music. The band have done a very good
work, with incredible compositions and interesting ideas inside
their songs. For sure all the fans of old school thrash metal
will love Devaster, imagine
fast guitar riffs with remarkable guitar solos and a very
good rhythm section. I had a lot of time to receive such a
good old school thrash metal release from the underground
scene. I really wish some time in the future to have the chance
to see them live on stage. Don't miss their demo and i hope
soon they will record their full length album, old school
thrash rules.
