Downedge,
comes from Denmark and they formed back in 2000. So far they
have released three demos and their latest effort is "Human
Lost". In this demo the band included three tracks
and more than fifteen minutes of pure metal music. Of course
the band had made some experiments with their music so you
can hear some other elements inside the music from DownEdge.
This
thing gives an interesting atmosphere because the various
elements combined and actually you never expected what you
will hear in the next minutes. Also their compositions are
well worked with some interesting ideas and very impressive
song structure. In the whole package, we have a very interesting
female singer who gives more of her 100% in this demo and
also she had done some interesting different ways to sing
and finally she can give a very interesting atmosphere through
the heavy music.
Last
but not least the band had include one live song in order
to give us a small taste how Downedge sound where they
are on stage and believe me they have a lot of energy. A very
interesting demo and i hope the band will continue to work
and release their thoughts.
