Drone
is a new band from Germany. "Octane" is their
debut self financed EP which includes six tracks and about
twenty five minutes pure of metalcore music with a lot of
thrash metal elements.
From
the first note you can understand that the band are definitely
in the modern path of metal music but also at the same time
they do their best in order to have their personal sound.
The
thing that Drone has going for them is the incredible
energy through their songs. Besides that of course we will
have the chance to hear some well developed compositions and
some very impressive ideas.
Spotted
in the whole EP the band had put so few melodies in order
to rest a little our "ears". For a first release
the band had done a great work and i am sure they will have
a very good future in the metal scene.
