It
isn't so often to receive releases from Mexico, i think i
have one more album from this country. Drowned in Blood
with their latest album, "The Warfare Continues"
introduce their music to the underground metal scene. They
come from Mexico and their music direction is the brutal fast
death metal. Their concept behind the lyrics is definitely
for the war and Drowned in Blood had dedicated this
album to all people that has been lived the war in his own
flesh. The band has two main influences and they are Bolt
Thrower for the concept and for the music and Cannibal
Corpse. Drowned in Blood have worked a lot
in order to make these compositions and they have put some
interesting ideas inside their songs but i am afraid that
i am not so into this kind of death metal. Even if they seems
to be enough technical not to reach the progressive death
metal but at least their songs have some structure. For sure
the fans of brutal death metal will adore the stuff from Drowned
in Blood, check their album if you see it in the music
stores.
