Eternity
Void comes from United States and "Torrents of
Devastation" is their latest demo CD, which released
before five months. The band has already released two more
demos but i have heard only their latest one. Musically the
band walks in three different metal paths. First of all we
have the death metal elements mostly in the vocals and in
the music sometimes. Also they have elements from doom metal
and some few black metal elements. If you want to have in
your mind the music from Eternity Void, you can imagine
a mixture of My Dying Bride, Opeth
and At the Gates. Of course the band has included
a lot of their personal touches and finally they have achieved
to be more unique. Their compositions are well worked and
they have created some really interesting ideas besides the
classic death / doom metal elements. For sure the fans of
Opeth and At the Gates will adore
the stuff from Eternity Void. I wish they will continue
to write such good songs as these ones.
