You
know the most difficult situations is when you have to do
a review from a band that either you are a friend of them
or you know any of their members. In this case, i know Michalis
for more than three years now. I have all his albums so far
and i proudly present to you his third album with the title
"Far Across the Wasteland" which was released
in the beginning of October. In this album Michalis,
includes eight compositions which two of them are instrumental.
So far definitely this album is the best of their career as
Event X Horizon. From the compositions which are more
well worked with interesting ideas to the production which
is really good and finally the sound of this album. The thing
that i didn't like was the fact that the album has only eight
tracks and half hour of music. I expected more music from
him but i think Michalis knows better why he did that.
With his power / epic metal music and all the choruses we
travel to the beautiful land of Archon. Fans of Blind
Guardian and Iced Earth you will definitely
like this album.
