Fatal
Impact is another band from Norway and a few weeks ago
they released their latest demo CD. In this work the band
included five tracks and almost twenty three minutes of pure
heavy metal music.
From
the opening track the band give us a clear picture of what
we will hear in the next minutes from them. Heavy metal music
with a singer that is simply great and does almost excellent
work.
Their
compositions are well written but of course they need more
work in order to be " tighter" as a band. Also if
you listen carefully you will notice that the band, even if
they have their base in heavy metal, they navigate into progressive
metal a little bit too.
Generally
I adore tracks like "Cancel Life", "Gathering
the dead" and "The Follower" which
also has a lot of changes and is the longest track in the
whole demo.
Last
but not least, I can say that Fatal Impact is a very
promising band and if they continue to work hard soon we will
hear for them again with their newest step. Just remember
the name, Fatal Impact.
