Even if Fear my Thoughts have a seven years history i heard for first time this band with their previous album "The Great Collapse". Before one month or so, via Lifeforce Records, the band released their new album in CD format with the title "Hell Sweet Hell". The vinyl edition will be out in the first week of September through Silentstagnation Records. Musically the band even if the come from Germany they sound like Swedish. Fear my Thoughts are dedicated to the melodic death metal in the vein of Soilwork, Mastodon and At the Gates. Also during the whole album you can hear some new thrash metal elements in the vein of The Haunted. In this album the band has include twelve tracks with a massive production and a great sound that it gives you the opportunity to hear clearly all the instruments and to enjoy the music from the band. In addition the band has worked hard in the past months and their compositions are well structured too with interesting ideas and a fresh air from Fear My Thoughts. For sure the fans of Soilwork, Mastodon and At the Gates will adore the stuff from Fear my Thoughts and because that they have include some modern music elements and they didn't just put only their influences in their songs.

SCORE out of 8.2/10 Antonis Maglaras
