If
you follow my reviews and of course you read them, you will
already know that I adore the underground metal scene from
Finland. So when I receive a package from this country my
expectations are high.
Firevolt
comes from this country and 'Crankshaft Blues' is their
latest demo CD which it has five songs and almost twenty minutes
of heavy / stoner rock. From the opening track the band gives
us a specific icon for their music direction.
Dirty
heavy / stoner rock in the finest way with a very good production
not so clear but I believe they have found the perfect sound
for this kind of rock. Most of their compositions are well
written with incredible guitar riffs and killer guitar solos
too.
Definitely
this demo's worth listening to and of course buying, if you
like this kind of rock you will adore the Firevolt stuff.
