I
know Pete Flesh from his other band, Deceiver,
i had the chance to review both his first release and their
debut album. Now Pete send to me their debut personal
album with the title "Dodsangest" which was
released before somedays through Iron Fist Productions.
Musically here Pete make a change and deliver to our
ears old school death metal combined with a lot of elements
from black metal but everything in the old school way. This
albums was written in three days in the begin of June at the
famous Abyss studios by Tommy Tagtgren and Pete
Flesh. With only these words you can expected to be a
satisfactory production and a very good sound. Now if you
want to have a picture in your mind about the music from Pete,
imagine influences from Death, Necrophagia,
Autopsy and then put the personal sound of
FLESH and then we have this very good result. The thing
i adore in this album was that even if it is in the extreme
side of metal in fact it isn't so extreme that you can't hear
it. Definitely you can hear death metal vocals or aggressive
music moments but someone who wasn't able to hear extreme
music can hear easily the stuff from Pete Flesh.
