When
i was in Crete, the biggest island in Greece, i discovered
a band with the name In Heaven. Back then they had
release a demo with two tracks, which both of them are in
their debut album with the title "Darcangel".
I must say that i didn't like so much their music in 2003,
when it was the release date of their debut demo. But after
two years, the band work hard and now here we have the best
result so far, with eleven tracks In Heaven will offers
you a journey to their Atmospheric Gothic Metal. First of
all we have an incredible cover that makes you to go straight
in the mood in order to feel the atmosphere from In Heaven.
As the most Atmosperic Gothic metal bands, In Heaven
has dual vocals, female and male which some times are brutal
and some times with distortion but few times are clear ones.
Mihalis Rinakakis, is the responsible for the first
master of this album and Sakis from Rotting Christ
is the man behind the re-master and the result for it, you
can hear if you purchase the album. The question remains the
same, why to buy the album from In Heaven, an unknown
band and not to choose an album from a well known band. I
feel i can't answer to this question, maybe because i have
follow the band from their beginning and i have hear the album
in various stages, for example i had the opportunity to hear
the album not in it's final master. Actually i love this album,
because simply the band has achieved to write a mainstream
album that can easily hear or the radio producers can easily
put some songs in their emissions. "Cry for me"
my best track beautiful game of the female and male vocals
and very nice composition. Well done to In Heaven and
be strong for your next step.
