Before
some days i received the package from Lacuna and at
the first sight i thought it will be a package from Lacuna
Coil, but i was wrong. Lacuna comes from Germany
and they are as a band from 1999, when they released their
debut effort and from them, we reach 2005 to release their
newest self financed album with the title "Nuee Ardente"
which includes ten tracks. The band delivers an alternative
rock sound with their latest album. To get a picture in your
mind for their music, imagine a mixture of Tool,
Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age,
with the personal sound of Lacuna, who they definitely
have after so many years of existence and then you will have
the stuff from them. Their compositions are well worked with
interesting ideas and the crazy attitude that all these bands
have. The production is satisfactory and you can easily hear
all the instruments and you can enjoy the very good album
and if you are a fan of these bands, then for sure you will
adore the stuff from Lacuna. I think that soon these
guys we will be in a major label and they will promote their
band easily. Don't stay there, leave, go and purchase their
album now!
