Some times I am really pissed off at some bands that are ignorant when they don't think about their past and how you have helped them, even if it was a little help or a bigger one. I think it is the worst thing to do from the group side. Anyway Merendine Atomiche comes from Italy and they sent us a bulk CD-R with their newest album titled "Raw".

I knew the guys from their previous album which was released a couple of years ago. Actually Merendine Atomiche started back in 1995 and so far they have released a demo CD, a mini CD and their debut work.

First of all here we have eleven new tracks and more than forty five minutes of pure heavy / thrash metal with a modern air and some modern metal touches too. Also the band had Jack Frost from Seven Witches in order to produce this album so at least we will have a massive production and a very good sound too.

Now back to the music, the band is really aggressive and it seems through their album that they have a lot of energy and I want to have the chance in the future to see one of their live shows.

Their compositions are well written with some very interesting elements inside their music. They combine heavy and thrash metal well and with their personal touch we have a very impressive result.

I am sure fans from Testament and Megadeth will adore the stuff from Merendine Atomiche. The thing that I like from this band is the fact that personally I see the progress that they have done from their previous work.
