Mind
Snare is the oldest Italian death metal act and one of
the most creative. After their formation in late 80s they
have released so far seven demos, two albums and two 7"
records. "Black Crystal Sun" is their newest
mini CD which was released in the middle of July.
Through
all these years, the band has shared the stage with acts like:
Kreator, Vader, Malevolent
Creation, Dismember, Rotting Christ,
Cephalic Carnage and many more. Definitely
Mind Snare is a really active band.
In
this release they included seven songs, two of them are live
recorded at the Live Obscene Extreme Festival last
year. Also they have included a bonus video clip for the song
"Blood and Dust".
In
the twenty minutes, which is the duration of this work, the
band has offered us some well developed compositions with
very impressive ideas but above all pure death metal with
a few touches from grind too. I am sure fans of death metal
will adore this work too.
