My
Craving comes from Italy and late last year they released
their debut album "No Mercy for Broken Hearts"
with the help from Gothic Slam Records. From the name
of the band, the title of their album and from the cover too,
you will easily understand that My Craving walks in
the gothic metal paths and believe me they begin really well.
In
their newest album the band included seven tracks and more
than half hour of pure gothic metal music. Imagine a heavier
version of HIM, with a lot of elements from
Sentenced and the personal touch from My
Craving and you will have a picture from the music direction
of this band.
Last
but not least, the band wrote some really good songs and their
compositions are well developed with a very good atmosphere.
Also the keyboards and the piano additions give an added plus
to the final result. I am sure if My Craving continues
to work hard, they will have some really impressive results.
They just meed to be a little more mature with their music
and include some more unique elements in their songs.
