My
Empty Room comes from Denmark, a country that had and
has a small but very strong metal scene. My Empty Room
released their second CD, this time as a self financed release.
They include four tracks and forty one minutes duration of
progressive rock music. The guys don't play a simple progressive
rock, but they have a lot of influences from 70's decade.
Even if My Empty Room released it via their own strength,
we have a great production and you will be able to hear almost
everything in this CD, clearly as it must be in a progressive
release. Of course the stuff from My Empty Room isn't
the easiest thing to hear but if you are a fan of progressive
music, then you will adore their stuff, otherwise you could
focus in more mainstream music bands. For sure the older rock
fans will completely understand the stuff from this band and
will respect their work, because here we have well worked
compositions with interesting ideas and a hard working band.
Even if i am not the biggest fan of progressive music and
i can say this stuff isn't my cup of tea, you can easily see
if a band has a star or not and i believe that My Empty
Room we will have future in the music scene.
