New
Rain comes from Germany and in 2002 they had release their
debut demo cd, after two years somewhere in 2004 they released
their debut same titled album. The band includes nine tracks,
which one of them (Love Will Tear Us Apart) is a cover
to Joy Division track. First thing, if you don't
know German language then you better not log in their website,
all their pages are in their mother language. At least you
can see the contact page easily because this is the important
thing, if you like the rock music generally. The band can
described as an Art Rock group, personally i believe that
sometimes New Rain are a little bit more extreme than
just a rock band, but i think this is a personal taste. The
band offers almost an hour of music and you can see the whole
project of New Rain, well worked compositions, interesting
ideas and i can say a unique sound. Of course as a young band
they have their influences but i am sure that they have combined
perfectly their personal sound with their influences and we
have the final result. Needless to say that New Rain
had a great production and sound. Very professionally work
in this album and it is just an unsigned band; imagine how
far they can bring their music if they will have the help
from a label. I believe all the fans of rock music must hear
their stuff.
