Operatika
comes from United States and "Dreamworld"
is their latest four track release. Musically the band walks
in the symphonic power metal paths with operatic vocals. Imagine
a heavier edition of Nightwish. Nightwish
are based on the keyboards, Operatika are based on
the guitars and in this release give us a small picture of
their music which is really interesting. Their compositions
are well worked with well structured songs and generally you
can see that their musicianship is really good and their ideas
can force them to begin write their debut album. Don't forget
that during the three years of their history they have played
with bands like Nightwish, Sanctuary, Twisted Sister,
Europe and many more. Generally the stuff from Operatika
is average but the thing that they need is to make the breakthrough
from the underground to the mainstream scene. I am sure that
they have the abilities to do it, the only this is to work
hard to be unique and i am sure that soon they will find a
label in order to release their album. The future is in their
hands.
