A
few days ago I received the latest album from the Danish band,
The Psyke Project. This group formed back in 2001 and
"Daikini" is their second album, produced
by Tue Madsen at Antfarm Studio.
The
band included fourteen tracks and more than an hour of pure
hardcore music with various elements and influences from other
kinds of music. So don't be surprised if you hear influences
from classic hardcore elements to metalcore.
Be
prepared to feel the brutal sound of The Psyke Project
while they offer you a more melodic version of themselves
and finally a gloomy atmosphere. Don't forget that the band
is really active and last year they had a 32 gig European
summer tour and 15 gig Scandinavian autumn tour.
Also
they have shared the stage with acts like: Raging Speedhorn,
Zao, Burst, The Dillinger
Escape Plan, and Hatesphere. Last but
not least for your own good do yourself a favor and purchase
this album. You won't stop playing their album!
