It
is always a great pleasure to see new bands from Germany to
begin their career. Solar Fragment is a new band from
this country and early this year they released this three
track promo CD in order to find a label and to get their music
to the audience. Musically they walk in the melodic power
metal music but also they have a lot of fresh ideas and their
compositions are well worked. Also the rhythm section is tight
and the guitar players did their best. Last but not least
the singer spit the lyrics with a lot of passion and also
with many feelings through his voice. In these almost fourteen
minutes Solar Fragment definitely achieve to make a
statement that here we are and this is our music. In addition
the production and the sound is almost great, one of the best
that i have heard this year from an indepedent release. I
hope soon these guys will release their full length album
because i am sure that they have the abilities to do it and
it will be a very good album. Don't forget to visit their
