Even
if Stormage have almost ten years of existence, they
finally released their debut album last year through STF
Records. "Balance of Power" is the title
of this record and the band included fourteen tracks and almost
one hour of pure heavy metal music.
Definitely
if you start to hear the stuff from Stormage you will
hear all the classic elements from the heavy metal bands,
heavy guitar riffs, a powerful rhythm section with aggressive
vocals and finally the personal touch from Stormage.
Their
compositions are well written with some interesting ideas
inside their songs, but also with some typical elements too.
Don't forget that the band had chosen to follow a difficult
music path, because many bands play this kind of metal and
you need to be really good in order to make the breakthrough
to the mainstream metal scene.
I
believe that Stormage have the abilities to do it,
they have many years in the underground scene and they know
how to make their next step. Just wait some months in order
to have the chance to hear their newest album when it isready.
