of Loss which actually means "The Holy Yearning Mourners
of Loss" after two years of silence released their third
demo Cd with the title "The last journey"
a concept demo cd with an interesting story, it is about the
last journey of mankind. So in the section of the lyrics,
we have something really good. I feel lucky, because i have
the two from the three demos from them and i can say that
in their latest work the band makes a step forward. In their
beginning the band was in the melodic death metal side of
music, but as the year passed, they have change a little bit
their style, of course they still in the melodic death metal
era but they have add some gothic metal influences and some
ethnic elements. For example the guys use lafta, a traditional
instrument from Turkey if i am not mistaken. If i remember
correct in their previous release the band hadn't a good production
and in their new work, they haven't work too hard in this
section, because again the weak point of their release is
the sound and the production. Even if they have some really
nice ideas and their compositions are well worked they have
this minus that makes them to stay behind. I hope they will
have the opportunity to record their debut album some day.
