Recently
Worth Emitter Productions, sent us a very good package,
with a lot of their releases. The label has their base in
Russia, so more of their releases are from Russian bands.
The first band that we will review is Tumulus. Tumulus
had released so far two demos and two albums including their
new one which has the title "Sredokresie".
In
this album the band included nine tracks and more than a half
hour of music. Their direction, i can say that surprised me,
the band walks in progressive metal paths with a lot of folk
elements and all these are combined almost perfectly with
a very good musicianship.
Their
compositions are well worked with some interesting ideas inside
their songs and we have a variety of vocal lines and actually
all the members from Tumulus had done a very good work
with their newest release. A very interesting album from Russia,
the fans of progressive music ought to check it.
