Twilight Ophera comes from Finland
and they formed a decade ago. "Descension"
is their fourth album so far. In this work the band included
ten tracks and almost fifty minutes of pure melodic black
metal tunes.
Actually Twilight Ophera, have
all the things that we mostly hear from melodic black metal
acts but they have done it in a professional way and adding
their personal touch they made their album to sound interesting
and you want to hear it.
Their compositions are well developed
with very impressive with interesting keyboards. The two axe
men did excellent work and the singer has a theatrical way
to sing, you can almost "see" him.
Of course the band didn't leave the
melodies outside and in every case that they can use the melodies
they did. So all in all, Twilight Ophera, is a band
that even if they offer to us a melodic black metal work,
they keep our attention with their music.
