Vanagloria
comes from Spain and here we have their latest efford which
is a demo CD with the title "El Camino Hacia la Gloria".
As you can see from the title the band had lyrics in their
mother language. The band included six tracks and more than
half an hour of pure European power metal music.
The
band wrote some really impressive tracks, which in the same
times are classical too, but at least it's what you can expect
from a power metal band; Anyway, the compositions are well
developed with all the elements that you can hear from a band
that is influenced by bands like: Blind Guardian,
Gamma Ray and Tierra Santa.
If
Vanaglorial had a little bit clearer sound and a better
production, this demo would had been a blast, but now it is
just an above average release. If you have the chance to hear
the stuff from these guys you will find some hidden diamonds.
