Wheelrunner
isn't a new born band from Greece, they formed back in 2000
and so far they have three demos and their latest one is the
"Promo 2004". I found about Wheelrunner
when i saw them as a supporting act for John Oliva's
Pain. I was really impressed from their live
performance and immediately i purchase their latest promo.
Musically the band walks from hard rock paths to the classic
metal paths but for sure they have the hard rock feeling and
you can hear it in their opening track and to feel it in the
whole promo. Almost all the compositions are well worked with
interesting and fresh ideas. These things show to us that
they have already made a hard work and of course just hear
the work in the guitars and you will surprise. Also all the
three songs are easy listening and i enjoyed the time that
i spend in order to write this review for Wheelrunner.
Well done guys and i hope soon you will find a label to release
your debut album. To close this review, i will hear again
and again the last track with one candle in my home.
