When
i received this package from England, I was surprised with
what I would have the chance to hear. The name of the band
is When Gravity Fails and this is their debut album
through their personal record label Astro:Nought Recordings.
The
band included seven tracks in this release and musically they
walk in the progressive rock paths with a modern atmosphere
in the whole album. All their compositions are well written
with very interesting ideas and you can hear When Gravity
Fails aren't a close mind band; they can easily combine
elements from Sound Garden with Tool
and Led Zeppelin.
So
after the album reaches the final track, you get this empty
feeling and immediately you get the urge to push the play
button again in order to understand what When Gravity Fails
had to offer through their debut album.
It
isn't the easiest album to grasp but at least you will see
some really impressive things inside this "secret"
jewel. So don't forget to check out this record at your local
music store.
