Usually
i receive mostly extreme releases from Norway, so when i see
the new album from Wobbler i was really curious to
hear their stuff. The album is titled "Hinterland"
and has one intro and three songs. The three songs duration
is more than fifty five minutes of pure symphonic progressive
rock. Imagine that the title track is a twenty seven minutes
opus. Because few bands write so big but in the same time
interesting songs. Basically we can say that the stuff from
Wobbler is a little bit "difficult" to listen
to. You need to prepare yourself to listen to the stuff from
Wobbler in order to be able to feel all the things
that this very good band offers us through their music. It
is important to say that their compositions are well worked
with incredible and interesting ideas. The thing that i personally
adore was the fact that the band has included a lot of folk
elements inside their music and this gives another atmosphere
from the usual one.
